Game-changing injury news has just surfaced moments before the New York Rangers vs Boston Bruins Thanksgiving Showdown match on Friday afternoon.
According to several reports it appears that several star players will be missing from the Rangers vs Bruins Thanksgiving Showdown matchup, as both teams will be without a few stars.
Just moments ago, the Boston Bruins announced a list of roster moves, along with that they are going to be without two key players.
Will Borgen, David Pastrnak, Pavel Zacha all out for Thanksgiving Showdown
According to Bruins head coach Marco Sturm, both David Pastrnak and Pavel Zacha are not going to be in the lineup for the Boston Bruins tonight.
Per Sturm, both Pavel Zacha and David Pastrnak will be out of the lineup today against NYR. Joonas Korpisalo starts in goal.
Along with this, the New York Rangers and head coach Mike Sullivan announced that defenseman Will Borgen will not be playing as he continues to deal with an injury. This resulted in defenseman Scott Morrow slotting into the lineup and having Urho Vaakanainen come back out.
