Mike Sullivan says he sees a weight off the Rangers' shoulders after they got their first home win of the season last night:
The burden of expectations is a heavy one to bear, but they have confronted it and overcome it last night against Andrew Brunette and the Nashville Predators.
The team is now 8-7-2, while maintaining its 4th spot in the Metropolitan Division. They can carry this momentum and positive feeling into the next game against the Tampa Bay Lightning on November 12th.
The Rangers had more than a few players who had a multi-point game last night.
That included Artemi Panarin (2 G), Vinnie Trocheck (2 A), Alexis Lafreniere (1 G, 2 A), Adam Fox (2 A), and Vladislav Gavrikov (1 G, 1 A).
A successful night for the team, and they demonstrated they can produce when they want to.
Now, it seems as if it's a matter of confidence and execution from here on out. Can they stay consistent?
