Terrifying Scene Emerges As Rangers Star Defenseman Rushes Off The Ice After Taking A Puck To The Face
Terrifying scenes emerge from the New York Rangers game on Thursday night as star defenseman rushes off the ice after taking a puck to the face.
Just 28 seconds into the third period of the Rangers vs Oilers game on Thursday night, star defenseman Adam Fox rushed off the ice after making a sliding play on Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse.
However, while doing so Fox ended up taking the legs out from under Nurse, which earned a tripping penalty, along with taking the puck to the face.
28 seconds into the third period, Fox drops to the ice to try and block a potential shot, but all he does is take the legs of Nurse out from under him, earning a tripping penalty. And to make matters worse, Fox gets a knee to the face, gets up and skates right off to the room.
Certainly a scary moment for the Rangers and Adam Fox, but thankfully not much after the initial incident Fox managed to return to the Rangers bench and seems to be fine.

Currently the New York Rangers have managed to battle back and have tied the game at 3-3 with just under eight minutes left in the third period, thanks to veteran forward Taylor Raddysh.
