New York Rangers legends set to return to MSG following massive Alumni Classic announcement

The New York Rangers have announced a special event. The event will feature former Rangers alumni playing against one another in January, in the "Alumni Classic."
Henrik Lundqvist and other Rangers legends will be returning to the ice in a special event organized by the organization.
The 2026 Alumni Classic will take place on January 25th at 12 PM ET in Madison Square Garden.
It's our Alumni Classic with a Centennial twist! Join us at The World's Most Famous Arena on January 25 when some fan favorite Blueshirts go head-to-head with other fan favorite Blueshirts!
The game will be played with two 30-minute halves and one half-time.
Joining the lineup will be former Rangers legend Henrik Lundqvist.
The New York Rangers Alumni Classic
A star-studded roster of former Blueshirts will play in the 2026 New York Rangers Alumni Classic.
Be here when alumni like Adam Graves, Dan Girardi, Ryan Callahan, Henrik Lundqvist, Derek Stepan, and Derick Brassard face off in a Rangers vs. Rangers showdown benefiting the Garden of Dreams Foundation and Northwell Foundation*.
The great thing about this game is it's all for a good cause, as money made during the game will go to the Garden of Dreams Foundation, and the Northwell Foundation.
You can get different experiences during the game, including photo ops in the Penalty Box, an Assistant Coaches experience, and and Stick Kid experience giving your child the chance sit on Alumni benches during the game.
The scope isn't limited to just these either, as you can get the full effect-with a Zamboni Ride, a Post Game photo experience and the ability to share your message on Garden Vision.
Keep your eyes peeled for when tickets go on sale for the game scheduled for next year.
