After the NHL Network's latest list ranking Adam Fox at 16th of the league's 20 best defenseman, he should be motivated. Motivated by the NHL Network's absurdity as he steps onto the ice of Madison Square Garden, led by Mike Sullivan. He'll need to grab the brass ring and then proceed to make everyone eat their words.

It was only two years ago, Adam Fox was ranked at #2 on the NHL Network's top-20 defensemen in the league. He'd slipped to #8 last season, and despite a 61-point season this year, to #16th.
The network's bias against Fox is blatant. After working through injuries this past year to post 61 points (10-51), it's obvious the former Norris Trophy winner has fallen out of favor.
Despite his lack of Norris Trophy-winning play, it's truly doubtful he fell to 16th as they've placed him.

The NHL Network's Questionable List

This season, Fox has proven himself to be one of the best NHL defenseman, producing 51 assists, good enough for sixth among all defenseman in the league.
He'd finish ninth in points, which isn't ideal but isn't bad either for someone who had a "down year".
Fox plays in all situations for the New York Rangers and had an ATOI of 23:15. Fox remained one of the best players on the Blueshirts.
It seems once again the 4NF results have poisoned the well for Fox's rankings this year, being on the ice for Canada's game-tying goal, and struggling to produce behind Zach Werenski. He was a bit overshadowed, but it shouldn't have defined his year.
Other players who are ahead of him on the list should motivate him, as it's absurd: Thomas Harley (not so far removed from his rookie season), Jake Sanderson (nowhere near fully developed), Charlie McAvoy, and Roman Josi (who has yet to return to his prime).
It seems fairly obvious that the list was constructed suspiciously, given Shea Theodore was above him.
Can he use the list to motivate him enough to improve his play?
