Chris Kreider has begun settling in his new home in Anaheim with the Ducks while putting health at risk following offseason hand surgery.

While still adjusting to his new home, Kreider's attempting to adapt to his new habitat in Anaheim.
«There are brush points where it's kind of like 'this is happening, for sure.' (After Anaheim) shipped out my new equipment, jumping on the ice with Ducks stuff on, and people coming up to me and being like 'you look weird.'»

But surprisingly, after the 2024-25 season, Kreider had surgery, which was said to be an estimated six-to-eight week recovery, yet, he decided to recall receiving medical clearance to return in four.
"Now I've got a Wolverine hand,» he said, mimicking the superhero unleashing one of his retractable claws. The doctor gave Kreider a six-to-eight week recovery timeline, but Kreider recalled receiving medical clearance to return in four."

Now, new insight has unveiled Kreider will be hitting the ice a little too soon, as he will be making his way to MCU debut, alongside a few of his former teammates.
Take a look:
Chris Kreider had surgery this offseason that put a metal plate in his hand to «hold it together,» now he's ready for his MCU debut"
"Ex-Blueshirts Chris Kreider, Frank Vatrano, Kevin Hayes, Kevin Shattenkirk and Marty St. Louis (A coach on Team Quick) will also be there."
