Some very troubling news surfaced from the New York Rangers practice on Monday morning, as insider Vince Z. Mercogliano of The Athletic has just provided a massive update on the team's status.
Just moments ago, the New York Rangers hit the ice for their morning skate, as they will be preparing to face off against the St. Louis Blues on Monday night at 7:00 PM. With that being said, Rangers insider Vince Z Mercogliano has just provided fans with a very concerning update.
According to reports, veteran forward Vincent Trocheck is not at the team's morning practice due to precautionary reasons, and his status for tonight's game is "TBD". Along with this, Vince also provided an update on J.T. Miller's status, and Jonathan Quick.
Looks like no J.T. Miller again tonight. He's still out for the morning skate and considered day-to-day.
Jonathan Quick is also out with a lower-body injury. (Hence the Garand recall.)

Vincent Trocheck dealing with another injury after just returning to the New York Rangers lineup?
Vincent Trocheck had recently missed 14 consecutive games for the New York Rangers after being sidelined on LTIR since October 9th, with an upper-body injury.
So for him to be held out of the New York Rangers practice on Monday morning sparks some major concern.
However, with that being said, here's a look at the possible lines we could see for the Rangers during tonight's game if Trocheck ends up being sidelined.
